Account
The Accounts page in Suada gives administrators a complete overview of their organization’s setup and usage within the platform. It displays key details such as quotas for courses, students, and groups, along with account creation date, language preferences, and organization identifiers. This page helps admins monitor how much of their plan is being used, manage resources effectively, and ensure the account remains within its limits. It’s also where you can quickly check system information or identify your organization’s account using the Hopper icon.

Account Name
Your account name.
Active
Your account activity status.
Organization Quota
Shows the total usage limits for organizations you can add on your Account.
Courses Quota
Displays how many courses have been created and how many slots remain available within your organization’s subscription limit.
Students Quota
Indicates the number of active learners registered in your organization compared to the total allowed by your plan.
Groups Quota
Shows how many learner groups have been created out of the total available quota.
Creation Date
Displays the date your organization’s Suada account was created. useful for tracking account age or renewal cycles.
Language
Indicates the default language selected for your organization’s interface and content.
Organizations
Displays details about your organization’s Suada account — including its name, quotas, creation date, and usage statistics. It’s where you manage the structural setup of your organization within the platform.
Owners
List of primary administrators or account owners who have full control over the organization’s Suada environment. From here, you can view who manages billing, permissions, and overall platform settings.
Settings
Contains configuration options for your account, such as language preferences, notification controls, or other administrative settings that define how your organization uses Suada.
