Export Data

The Export Data tab allows you to download detailed reports of learner performance directly from Suada. It’s designed for admins and instructors who need to analyze results outside the platform, share progress with stakeholders, or keep offline records. You can export data by unit, assessment, or group — and choose whether to include knowledge checks, tests, or all assessments. This flexibility makes it easy to generate custom reports that match your organization’s reporting needs and provide a clear picture of overall learning performance.

Groups	View learning performance and progress data organized by groups - perfect for comparing departments, teams, or cohorts.
Students	See individual learner analytics, including completed courses, scores, and activity levels.
Assessments	Track overall results from tests, quizzes, and knowledge checks to measure learning effectiveness.
Units	Analyze performance at the module or unit level to see which topics are well understood and which may need improvement.

Export Data	Download analytics data in spreadsheet format for deeper analysis or reporting outside Suada.
Export Scores by Unit	Generates a report showing learner performance for each module or unit. Useful for identifying which parts of a course are most effective or need improvement.
Export Scores by Assessment	Exports detailed results from all tests, quizzes, and knowledge checks. This helps instructors review how well learners performed across different evaluation types.
Export Scores by Group	Creates a report comparing results between different learner groups or teams — ideal for organizational training analysis.
Knowledge Checks	Include data from short in-lesson quizzes designed to reinforce learning.
Tests	Include results from formal assessments, usually placed at the end of modules or courses.
Assessments	Include all types of evaluation data — combining both knowledge checks and tests for a full performance overview.
