Add Groups

Groups let you organize learners into teams, classes, or cohorts. This is especially useful if you’re training employees from different departments or running the same course for multiple audiences. Groups make it easier to manage learners and track progress.


Step 1: Go To Courses Page And Select Your Course

On Suada Admin Page from the Left Side Panel go to Library -> Courses

Preview the course’s intro video exactly as learners will see it

  1. Publish

Make your course live for learners.

Remember: you need to add at least one module and lesson before publishing

Step 2: Create Group

On the Courses page select Groups

The core building blocks of your course — where you add lessons, knowledge checks, and structure the learning path.

  1. Tests

Formal assessments you attach to the course. Use them to measure learner`s progress and verify their skills.

  1. Groups

Organize learners into teams, cohorts, or departments so you can assign and track the course more easily.

  1. Students

A list of all learners enrolled in the course. Here you can monitor progress, completion status, and results.

  1. Tutors

Assign instructors or mentors who will guide learners, review progress, and provide support during the course.

  1. Create Group

You can start creating New Group from here.

  1. Add Group To The Course

This lets you reuse existing Group you or your organization have already created. Instead of building from scratch, you can quickly insert ready-made Groups into your new course.

Step 3: Add Group Details

Fill Out The Information

  1. Group Name

The title of your group — make it descriptive so learners know who the group is for.

  1. Select Tutor

Assign a main tutor who will guide and support the learners in this group.

  1. Assign Multiple Tutors

Add more tutors if several instructors will be responsible for this group.

  1. Location

Specify the group’s location if training is tied to a physical place or branch.

  1. Note

Add extra details or instructions for tutors and learners about this group.

  1. Is News Feed Available for This Group

Enable this if you want a news feed where tutors and learners can share updates, announcements, or discussions.
