Add Knowledge Checks

A Knowledge Check is a quick quiz or question set within a lesson. Its purpose isn’t to grade learners, but to help them confirm what they’ve just learned. Knowledge checks keep learners engaged and ensure they’re on track before moving forward.


Step 1: Go To Courses Page And Select Your Course

On Suada Admin Page from the Left Side Panel go to Library -> Courses

Edit Course details.

Preview the course’s intro video exactly as learners will see it.

  1. Publish

Make your course live for learners.

Remember: you need to add at least one module and lesson before publishing.

Step 2: Select Module

On this screen select Module where you want to add the Lesson

  1. Modules

The core building blocks of your course — where you add lessons, knowledge checks, and structure the learning path.

  1. Tests

Formal assessments you attach to the course. Use them to measure learner`s progress and verify their skills.

  1. Groups

Organize learners into teams, cohorts, or departments so you can assign and track the course more easily.

  1. Students

A list of all learners enrolled in the course. Here you can monitor progress, completion status, and results.

  1. Tutors

Assign instructors or mentors who will guide learners, review progress, and provide support during the course.

  1. Module

Create or add Modules.

  1. Delete

You can delete selected Modules with this tool.

  1. Filter

You can Filter Modules by duration.

  1. Topics

Count of Topics in a module.

  1. Lessons

Count of Lessons in a module.

  1. Duration

Duration of the module.

Step 3: Start Creating

On this page tap Create Lesson located in the middle of your screen.

See which courses this module is connected to, or link it to new courses.

Add and manage the lessons that make up the learning content of this module.

  1. Questions

Create and organize questions that can be used in knowledge checks or tests.

Set up quick quizzes inside the module to help learners confirm their understanding.

Build digital flashcards for learners to practice key concepts and reinforce memory.

You can start creating new Knowledge Check from here.

  1. Add Knowledge Check On Module

This lets you reuse existing Knowledge Checks you or your organization have already created. Instead of building from scratch, you can quickly insert ready-made Knowledge Checks into your new course.

Step 3: Add Knowledge Check Details

Fill Out The Information

Description

Give your knowledge check a clear title so learners know what it’s about.

  1. Select Tags

Choose tags to categorize your knowledge check and make it easier to find later.

  1. Overview

Write a short description of what this knowledge check will cover and its purpose.

  1. Upload Cover Image

Add an image to represent the knowledge check and make it stand out visually.

  1. Time in Minutes

Set a time limit for learners to complete the check, or leave it blank for unlimited time.

  1. Participation Type

Decide how learners take part — for example, whether it’s optional practice or a required activity.

  1. Pass Rate

Set the percentage score learners must achieve to pass the knowledge check.
