Add Modules

Modules are the building blocks of a course. Each module covers one main theme or topic, making it easier to keep content organized. By breaking your course into modules, learners can digest information in smaller, focused chunks instead of being overwhelmed.


Step 1: Go To Courses Page And Select Your Course

On Suada Admin Page from the Left Side Panel go to Library -> Courses

Edit Course details.

  1. Play Intro

Preview the course’s intro video exactly as learners will see it.

  1. Publish

Make your course live for learners.

Remember: you need to add at least one module and lesson before publishing.

Step 2: Create Module

On the bottom of your screen click Module

  1. Tests

Formal assessments you attach to the course. Use them to measure learner`s progress and verify their skills.

Organize learners into teams, cohorts, or departments so you can assign and track the course more easily.

  1. Students

A list of all learners enrolled in the course. Here you can monitor progress, completion status, and results.

  1. Tutors

Assign instructors or mentors who will guide learners, review progress, and provide support during the course.

  1. Create Module

You can start creating New Module from here.

  1. Add Module To The Course

This lets you reuse existing modules you or your organization have already created. Instead of building from scratch, you can quickly insert ready-made modules into your new course.

Step 3: Add Module Details

Fill Out The Information

Name
Description
  1. Course Name

Select which course this module belongs to — modules must be linked to a course.

  1. Module Name

The title of your module. Keep it short and clear so learners know the topic at a glance.

  1. Upload Cover Image

Add an image to visually represent the module and make it stand out in the course layout.

  1. Module Overview

Write a short description of what the module will teach and why it’s important.

  1. Teach Back Videos

Teach Back Videos let learners record themselves explaining what they’ve learned in their own words. It’s a powerful way to check real understanding and reinforce knowledge.

  1. Criterias

Set the rules for completing the module, such as finishing all lessons or passing a test.

  1. Module badge

Assign a badge learners will earn upon completion, giving recognition and motivation to finish.
