Publish Courses

Now that you have added at least one module and one lesson in it, your course is ready for publishing! Once you hit publish, the course will go live and become available for learners to access.

Step 1: Go To Courses Page And Select Your Course

On Suada Admin Page from the Left Side Panel go to Library -> Courses

Name	Description
Edit	Edit Course details.
Play Intro	Preview the course’s intro video exactly as learners will see it.
Publish	Make your course live for learners. Remember: you need to add at least one module and lesson before publishing.

Step 2: Publish Your Course

Click on three dots located on the top right corner.

Name	Description
Edit	Go back into the course builder to add or adjust modules, lessons, or details before publishing.
Enable AI Assistant	Turn on the AI assistant to give learners in-course support, answering questions and guiding them through content.
Publish	Make your course live and accessible to learners. Remember: you need at least one module and lesson added first.
Marketplace Settings	Choose how your course appears in the Suada marketplace — set price, visibility, and discoverability options.
Delete	Remove the course permanently. Use this only if you’re sure you no longer need it.
Status	Indication whether the Course is Published or not.
AI Agent	Indication whether the Course has AI Agent enabled or not.

Step 3: Publish

The platform will ask you if you want your course to be seen across SUADA. Hit Publish To Finish the process.
