Add Tests

Tests are more formal assessments than knowledge checks. They are usually placed at the end of a module or course to measure how well learners understood the material. Tests can also help trainers evaluate progress and identify where learners might need more support.

Step 1: Go To Courses Page And Select Your Course

On Suada Admin Page from the Left Side Panel go to Library -> Courses

Name	Description
Edit	Edit Course details
Play Intro	Preview the course’s intro video exactly as learners will see it
Publish	Make your course live for learners. Remember: you need to add at least one module and lesson before publishing

Step 2: Create Test

On the Courses page select Tests

Name	Description
Overview	A short description that you added during Course creation.
Details	Course Details.
Skills	Skills.
Modules	The core building blocks of your course — where you add lessons, knowledge checks, and structure the learning path.
Tests	Formal assessments you attach to the course. Use them to measure learner`s progress and verify their skills.
Groups	Organize learners into teams, cohorts, or departments so you can assign and track the course more easily.
Students	A list of all learners enrolled in the course. Here you can monitor progress, completion status, and results.
Tutors	Assign instructors or mentors who will guide learners, review progress, and provide support during the course.
Create Test	You can start creating New Test from here.
Add Test On Course	This lets you reuse existing Tests you or your organization have already created. Instead of building from scratch, you can quickly insert ready-made Tests into your new course.

Step 3: Add Test Details

Fill Out The Information

Name	Description
Name	Give your test a clear title so learners know what it will assess.
Select Tags	Choose tags to categorize the test — this makes it easier to organize and search later.
Overview	Write a short description explaining what the test covers and its purpose.
Upload Cover Image	Add an image to visually represent the test and make it stand out in the course.
Time in Minutes	Set how long learners have to complete the test. Leave blank for no time limit.
Show Correct Answers	Choose if learners can see the correct answers after finishing. Great for feedback and self-learning.
Lock After Quiz Pass	Enable this to prevent learners from retaking the test once they’ve passed — useful for final exams or certifications.
